Page 1 of 2 The Amazing gRace, consisting of an AMAZING RACE through the Townships of Soweto, opens the doors to both the corporate sector and recreational/tour activities to exploit and enjoy the potential that this cultural and historic area offers.
The AMAZING gRACE graduates the participants beyond tat of a normal team building experience or tour group, to one where as agroup a new vision and understanding reveals itself to you.
The experience requires various sub-groups to operate independently, following task directions,make observations and decisions on what they deem to be the best alternative, and then the experience is complete, (the Race has been won), assess the various alternatives that all the groups used, attach values as a group to the numerous and varied perceptions, and when it comes to an end, discover that everyone is a winner. Group effectiveness and experience the Amazing gRace is designed to expose a group of individuals to safely experience the wonders of Soweto culture. The group will be required to: Those who have participated in our races to-date have expressed various emotions, but all concur that the experience resulted in a mindset change that will impact on them for years to come.

These emotions are felt in various degrees by each individual and the power of their parts result in an amazing end result for the overall group. Following the debriefing session we will be in the position to analyse the groups experience and give the necessary direction to ensure that we all benefit from the positive mindset results. Objectives: Amazing gRace guarantees that the race will result in an experience, development and a positive change of mindset, to the benefit of all participants. |
