RULES:
The race is designed to accommodate a minimum of ten teams, 4 persons per team, with each oarticipant allocated a control function. The Race takes place in an unfamiliar safe environment, sections of Soweto, where the teams will be given instructions o progress from one task to the another.

The teams will compete over a period of two days with the final debriefing takeing place on the thrid morning. (For tour groups the race can be extended to include extra days and places of interest outside Soweto).

The team completing the defined transit routes the quickest will win the Amazing Race.

During the debriefing session, each team will nominate a spokesperson who will represent the team. Ten teams will then vote on various aspects experienced by all the participants and points will be allocated by the participants towards establishing the eventual  Amazing gRace winner. (Points are also accumulated by choice of travel routes plus the cost, or lack thereof during the race).

AIM:
The focus by the individuals and the team is to ensure that they experience the journey; it is their understanding of the journey that will count at the debriefing, not only how quickly they completed the race, but how they ran the race.
